CREATE YOUR SALAD OR WRAP

Here we’ll explain you how you can create your own salads or wraps. It’s very easy!

Step 1: choose a base

  • Brown rice

Step 2: choose the basic ingredients

Vegetables:

Fruits:

  • Apple
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Mango

Step 3: choose the premium ingredients

Dried Fruit | Seeds:

  • Almonds

Protein

  • Avocado
  • Boiled egg

  • Raw salmon

Step 4: choose a dressing

  • Asian: Cayenne, soy sauce, honey and mayonnaise
  • César: mayonnaise, anchovy, parsley, garlic and tarragon
  • Chilli: chilli, onion, tomato, garlic, pepper and salt
  • Greek: cucumber, garlic, parsley, greek yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper
  • Lime & Ginger: dijon mustard, lime, ginger and olive oil
  • Mustard & Honey: dijon mustard, honey, lemon and mayonnaise
  • Pesto: basil, almonds, pepper, olive oil and salt
  • Roquefort: roquefort, parsley, garlic and mayonnaise
  • Tahini: sesame, parsley, garlic and olive oil
